Bio:

I am a leadership and executive coach working with driven, accountable change-makers.

Together we bring about positive transformation for their businesses, and for them as individuals. We focus on what truly matters to the organisation and the individual, navigating the steps to reach their objectives, and supporting the coachee to become the best version of themselves as they undertake that journey.

Following a career as a professional musician, I transitioned into senior leadership roles within the creative industries. This included 12 years at London’s Southbank Centre, the UK’s largest performing arts venue, where I founded the touring and commissions department and led producing teams across 300 shows.

Harnessing my background in both creative practice and business leadership, I bring a unique blend of experience to my coaching. This translates as a combination of deep listening, underpinned by a lived experience of performing at the highest creative, operational, and business levels. From that foundation, I support people to get specific about what they want and to take action towards getting it.

Consistently described as tenacious and trustworthy, I work with organisations and professionals who are at the forefront of global business, creative excellence, and world-class education. I hold a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, where I am also a part time faculty member. I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and a trained mentor coach.
